HARRISBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania Credit Union League is launching on May 1 a specially designed consumer Web site, PaCreditUnions.com, that will serve as the official online resource for consumers to use to find out what credit unions are about, how to join one, the CU MatchUp national credit union locator and articles about financial issues. In addition, current Pennsylvania credit union members will be able to use the "No-Surcharge ATM" locator on the Web site that has details on CU$, a network of credit unions that don't impose surcharges on members. Consumers will also be able to go to the PaCreditUnions.com Web site to find out about job openings at credit unions in the state. They'll also be able to access an online library of articles called "Common Cents" on issues such as credit, credit cards, financial planning and bankruptcy. PaCreditUnions.com will be linked to the Pennsylvania League's official Web site, www.pacul.org.
