Mica appeared in the press conference with co-sponsors Senator Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) and Senator Evan Bayh (D-Ind.); California Assemblywoman Dion Aroner (D-Calif.), chair of the Assembly Human Services Committee; Corporation for Enterprise Development Founder and Chairman Robert Friedman; and IDA accountholders Stacie Mitchell and Mary Cefarro.</p>
