<p>SAN JOSE, Calif. – CUNA Mutual Group has selected TrueComp for Insurance, software from Cadillus Software here, to help streamline its sales compensation process. CUNA Mutual has sales reps both within credit unions, and independent of them. Some sell only insurance, while others sell securities. It adds up to a somewhat complex compensation network. Some sales require some money to go directly to the CU and then filtered down to the employee, others go to more than one employee based on the sales process. "CUNA Mutual has an extremely complex network of compensation plans for 7,000 payees in six different marketing divisions that include sales reps, credit unions and field management. This makes modifications based on changing business goals very difficult," said Jim Lazarz, vice president of field compensation, CUNA Mutual Group. TrueComp is designed to deliver scalable variable compensation management for companies with large direct and indirect sales forces. Its clients include the likes of DirecTV and Goldman Sachs.</p>
