<p>ONTARIO, Calif. – The CO-OP Network has made a record patronage distribution of $3,022,773 for 2001. The cash disbursement to shareholders, equal to 65% of net income from operations after taxes, is a 4% jump from last April. "2001 was an amazing year for us, a period that included a merger with the Midwest ATM Company, the addition of 6,500 ATMs through an agreement with Access Cash, first-time entries into seven states and two Canadian provinces and a 33% increase in ATM transactions," said CO-OP Network President/CEO Robert Rose. CO-OP Network has 813 credit union members, 12,000 surcharge-free ATMs, and nearly 11 million cardholders.</p>
