<p>I read all of publisher Mike Welch's columns and usually agree with him. Once again he is right on the money with his comments on Dan Mica being in the photograph with NCUA Board members (CU Times, March 20, 2002). I objected to Mica's presence in the photo with the NCUA Board members last year and again this year and I stated that in my evaluation of the overall meeting. It would have been very nice just to have seen the three board members together.
