<p>SAN DIEGO-NCUA Chairman Dennis Dollar is taking the city of San Diego by storm. On the afternoon of Thursday, April 11, he will host an Open Forum discussion for California credit union volunteers, executives and staff, and later than evening he will speak at the Second Latino Credit Union Conference, presented by the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions. Dollar plans to discuss regulatory issues affecting the nation's credit unions, including NCUA's "Access Across America" program, which focuses on broadening access to financial security, financial literacy, homeownership, and affordable financial services in an effort to combat predatory lending. He will speak to important issues, such as field of membership, Prompt Corrective Action, regulatory flexibility, Risk-Based Examinations, among others.</p>
