<p>DAYTON, Ohio – Universal 1 CU was approved by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Financial Institutions to expand its field-of-membership to include the cities of Kettering, Huber Heights, Miami Township and Dayton in Montgomery County. Universal 1 currently serves the employees of over 800 companies in the U.S. including NCR Corp., Miami Valley Hospital, AAA, Regional Transit Authority, PriMed Physicians, and Dayton Progress Corp. The FOM expansion adds nearly 300,000 potential new members to Universal 1 CU's current membership of almost 90,000. Last year, Universal 1 was approved to serve Greene, Shelby, Highland, Guernsey, Licking, Ross and Clark counties, and in 2000, Pickaway County.</p>
