WASHINGTON – Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani will be the keynoter at CUNA's Symposium in Orlando, Sept. 25-28 at the Orlando Marriott World Center. CUNA President/CEO Dan Mica described Giuliani as being "a symbol of American strength in a time of crisis, and American resolve in response to desperate challenge." Giuliani served as mayor of New York City for eight years, and has spent nearly his entire adult life in public service. In 2001, he was named "Person of the Year" by Time magazine. He was recently knighted by the Queen of England. Also scheduled to speak at the symposium is "Chicken Soup for the Soul" author and motivational speaker Mark Victor Hansen.
