<p>WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Washington D.C. area, the setting for CUNA’s Governmental Affairs Conference, is the home of major national credit union trade associations, NCUA, and of course Congress. All of this makes for it being the playing field for many credit union initiatives and battles.
