<p>ARLINGTON, Va. – NASCUS officials are in the process of completing an analysis of the response they received from NCUA to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) the association filed with the agency last year concerning the overhead transfer rate. In filing the FOIA, NASCUS asked NCUA to provide information on the material and data the agency uses to compute the OTR, and the "formula" it uses to derive the annual OTR. Mary Martha Fortney, vice president, government relations, is working on the analysis for NASCUS.</p>
