Members simply swipe their ATM or check cards and enter their personal identification numbers directly at the teller window. “This has been an extremely smooth implementation process,” said Navy FCU Vice President of Projects Carol Shapiro. “We are very pleased with their performance and our members and tellers appreciate the speed and convenience.” Although Navy Federal CU has no immediate plans to do so, the PINPads can also capture information from the magnetic stripe on a driver’s license or other identification card.
