INDIANAPOLIS – Credit union data processor re:Member Data Services (RDS) has launched a new Web-based education series designed to help CUs get a better understanding of the business applications of its new software features. "Business Application Series," sessions are free, and RDS hopes it will help credit unions think through how they can best use software features to support business initiatives and strategies. "Most of our education sessions have focused on the technical implementation of new features," said RDS VP of Business Development Kristie Greenleaf. "The Business Application Series takes a holistic approach by helping customers understand how the cuStar core processing software is able to contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives." The first sessions in the Business Application Series took place last month on the topic of Affiliations, a new relationship management feature in the cuStar software. Thirty-six customers attended the sessions, using their Internet browsers to view the visual portion of the event and calling a toll-free phone number for audio access. The next Business Application Series education sessions discuss the topic of Cyber and are scheduled for February 6 at 11:00 a.m EST and February 14 at 2:00 p.m. EST. Sessions are one hour in duration and customers may register on the RDS web site at www.remember.com under the training link.
