<p>ST. LOUIS – Missouri Corporate CU has declared a bonus dividend of $126,000 to be paid to its member credit unions at the end of fiscal year 2001. The corporate said while it had been accruing money all year with plans of declaring a bonus dividend, it unexpectedly received a year-end $126,000 dividend from U.S. Central, which it is in turn now giving back to its members. "Since the amount we had accrued was substantially less than what we received from U.S. Central, and since we had such an outstanding year financially, our board of directors decided to pass along the entire $126,000 to our member credit unions," said Dennis DeGroot, CEO of the corporate.
