DALLAS – CUNA Mutual Group and the Michigan and Virginia Credit Union Leagues are the latest three new investors in iCU NOW, a call center firm.
The three new investors join the Alabama, Pennsylvania and Texas leagues as the firm's primary investors.
Each of the three new investors will have a representative on iCU NOW's board. The new board members include Wayne Benson, chief officer/marketing and strategy for CUNA Mutual; Dan Egan, EVP and COO of the Michigan League; and Terry Childress, VP of the Virginia League System Services.
