MADISON, Wis – Two mutual funds managed by MEMBERS Capital Advisors, an affiliate of the CUNA Mutual Group, were cited as "Lipper Leaders for Wealth Preservation." Funds qualifying for Lipper's "wealth preservation" category are the 20% that have best avoided negative monthly returns over the last three years. The two named were the MEMBERS Bond Fund A, and MEMBERS Growth and Income Fund A. In 2001 Mutual Funds magazine ranked two MEMBERS Mutual Funds as "Best in Class." The magazine cited MEMBERS Capital Appreciation A and MEMBERS Balanced A, among the 6,000 diversified stocks and balanced funds it examined for its March 2001 issue.
