TAYLOR, Mich. – Digital Dialogue a provider of Net-enabled call center services, has partnered with credit union data processor Computer Consultants Corp. CCCorp is now a reseller of Digital Dialogue's products and services. CCCorp and Digital Dialogue have also developed a new product they will co-market. The new Shared Call Center Solution (SCCS) is designed to lower the cost for credit unions to operate call centers. SCCS is a sharing program that allows multiple credit unions to route their customer service calls to one central call center. The service works so that members are served as if they are calling their own credit union office. Through the processof aggregation, the firms said they can divide the cost between all the credit unions using the service. The program targets institutions with assets under $50 million.
