ANAHEIM, Calif. – Credit union data processor USERS has integrated its DataSafe system with Maxxar's natural language audio response system. The interface is done through Connect-I.T., USERS' OFX-enabled middleware solution. Maxxar's natural language system allows members to conduct transactions using verbal commands. The system can even learn regional accents and other nuances to ensure a higher degree of accuracy. Forum CU, Indianapolis, is the first USERS' CU client live with the solution. [email protected]
