ST. PAUL, Minn. – Deluxe Financial Services, a business unit of Deluxe, has released an interactive training CD-ROM, “Check Selection Tips” the company says will help financials better identify consumers’ check preferences. Having this capability will lead to improve consumer satisfaction and new revenue opportunities, Deluxe officials said. Company research showed that only 17% of consumers prefer conservative check designs, but 77% use them regularly. That means that most consumers aren’t aware of the designs and enhancements that are available for checks. Deluxe will provide the new CD-ROM training program at no charge to its clients. The company said it takes about 30 minutes to complete, and it’s designed for either individual or group training.
