WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – The North Dakota CU League Service Corporation is selling its PRODTATA data processing business unit to Premier Systems, Inc. PSI will make Bismarck, N.D. a regional service hub to support its data processing network. PRODATA serves 39 CUs. Founded in 1992, PSI provides an online solution of the ULTRADATA core processing solution to nearly 200 CUs. PSI also has its own software, such as its electronic statement piece, that can be integrated with the ULTRADATA solution. "As our credit unions grow and become more complex a cutting-edge data processing system will be essential to our future success," said the NDCUL Board in a statement. Starting in mid-January 2002 PRODATA CUs will begin migrating to the PSI system.
