FARMERS BRANCH, Texas – The Texas Credit Union League will keep its name. Based on the results of a survey and four focus groups, the League's Board of Directors voted not to change the name of the Texas Credit Union League. "We considered changing the name to something like Texas Credit Union Association," said Dick Ensweiler, TCUL President and CEO. "As always, we want what the credit unions want, and in this case, there was opposition to a name change." He added that, "However, we are still considering a name change for our for-profit group, TCUL Services."
