OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – U.S. Central put its staff through a disaster recovery drill last Saturday at its underground contingency facility. The successful test allowed U.S. Central to test all critical data processing functions typical of any given day of business. The drill was scheduled several months ago, however U.S. Central said the tragic recent events drive home the importance of a solid disaster recovery plan. U.S. Central conducts a major disaster recovery exercise at least once a year, with smaller tests done as system changes warrant.
