WAUKESHA, Wis. – Call_Solutions has acquired Advanced Response Marketing, Inc. (ARM) of Dallas, Texas, a marketing agency specializing in direct mail campaigns for Fortune 1000 companies. Its clients include American Airlines, Dillards Department Stores, Federated Stores, GE Capital Corporation, The Home Depot, and others. According to Call_Solutions, this acquisition helps the company create a single-source solution for clients looking for integration of direct marketing techniques on the front-end of the customer relationship marketing process, fulfillment solutions on the back-end and a call center presence. Call_Solutions recently acquired Onesource, which also does direct mail campaigns. This is the ninth acquisition for Call_Solutions since its founding last August. It now employs 3,100 people supporting 1,700 call center workstations.
