The Web-based management tool assists financials in managing and accessing the attributes of the Internet banking and bill payment process. Credit union member service representatives will – in real time – be able to assist members by viewing and searching bill payments and payees, adding and closing bill pay accounts, viewing statements and check images, opening and closing online statement accounts, accessing user reports.
