The $763 million Texas Trust Credit Union in Mansfield has opened a newfull-service branch in a renovated 3,009-square-foot building withfour drive-thru lanes and a drive-up ATM.

“The Hurst branch allows us to better serve members who live andwork in the northern part of Tarrant County,” said Jim Minge,president/CEO of Texas Trust CU. “This branch is part of ourexpansion plan toward our goal of becoming a $1 billion financialinstitution.”

The 11-branch credit union serves a membership of more than56,000.

The branch, managed by Espy Taylor, employs 11, including sevenrecently hired staffers.

“Besides adding branches, we are adding 11 new TexasTrust-branded ATMs in high-traffic areas, including one in Hurst,to give members easier access to their money,” Minge said. “We've also rolled out a variety of new services,such as mobile deposit, which is another way we are making it easyfor members to do business with us.”
