The brother of the U.S. senator who introduced member business lending legislation is missing inthe Rocky Mountains.

Randy Udall, brother of Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.), did notreturn on June 26 as expected from a six-day camping trip in theWind River Range of Wyoming.

According to the Denver Post, the U.S. Forest Service assisted a privatesearch firm in looking for the 61-year-old experienced backpackerover the weekend.

Mark Udall introduced the Small Business Lending Enhancement Actof 2013 on May 16. The bill would raise the member business lendingcap from 12.25% of assets to 27.5%. Udall was the primary sponsorof a similar bill in the 112th Congress.
