One of the NFL's most famous quarterbacks, Joe Montana, will bethe opening keynote speaker at NACUSO's annual conference in LasVegas on April 17.

Montana will share his lessons of preparation, teamwork andperformance under pressure as well as what it takes to motivatecredit unions and CUSOs, how to focus on the goal, and how todeliver for members, NACUSO said.

Montana and the San Francisco 49ers won four Super Bowls andthree times he was the championship game's MVP. He also won morethan 70% of the games he started during his 16-year career and isthe all-time NFL leader in quarterback ratings.

Montana retired from professional football in 1995 and he waselected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000. A graduate of theUniversity of Notre Dame, where he received a bachelor's degree inmarketing, Montana now lives with his family in California.

NACUSO's annual conference will take place April 16-19 at theEncore Las Vegas.
