The board of directors of CBC Federal Credit Union recently appointed Patrick Miller as its new president/CEO. Miller brings more than 22 years of financial industry experience, including sales, marketing, compliance and operations.
Most recently, he was vice president, branch operations for Navy Federal Credit Union. Prior firms include Colorado Credit Union League, SELCO Community Credit Union Eugene, Ore., and CUNA Mutual Group. Miller replaces Raymond Ewin who retired after 28 years.
According to CBC’s Chairman Tony Steigelman, “We are impressed with Patrick’s broad range of experience and accomplishments but also with his amiable demeanor and straight-forward approach.”
“Patrick performed capably and admirably during his 6 years at Navy Federal. He led the launch of our broker-dealer and registered investment advisory Firm and astutely managed the on boarding of 19 branches during our merger with USA Federal Credit Union,” remarked Cutler Dawson, president/CEO of Navy FCU. “Patrick provided tireless support to our overseas branches during the 2011 tsunami crisis in Japan. We wish Patrick well in his new endeavor.”
With 21,000-members and $400 million in assets, CBC Federal Credit Union is based in Oxnard, Calif.
