As football season arrives, volunteers from the $79 million Carolina Collegiate Federal Credit Union in Columbia, S.C., can savor the memories of late spring when they volunteered at home baseball games for the two-time national champion University of South Carolina Gamecocks, whose season ended in the finals of the College World Series.
