Fiserv Inc. said the $311 million Tech Credit Union in Crown Point, Ind., plans to convert to the company’s XP2 account processing platform.
The 40,800-member Tech CU cited advanced technology, integration and functionality, including access to relationship data, in its decision.
Other solutions to be deployed include the Wisdom financial management, ConvergeIT IVR system and the Integrated Desktop solution that integrates XP2 and the credit union’s debit card processing solution, the company and credit union said.
“Our staff will have improved access to all member relationships, as well as the ability to better analyze member data to offer relevant products and services,” said Mike Hussey, Tech CU’s CEO.
The credit union currently runs on a Fiserv CUBE core processing platform, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates. There now are about 220 credit unions using XP2.
