CO-OP Financial Services has promoted Caroline Willard from senior vice president of business development and marketing to executive vice president, markets and strategy.
Willard will report to Stan Hollen, president/CEO of the credit union’s payment CUSO, CO-OP Network.
“Over the past several years we have had dramatic growth in the scope of operations of CO-OP Financial Services,” said Hollen. “Caroline’s promotion and new responsibilities reflect the needs of the organization to respond to that growth, as well as recognizing her contribution to the great opportunities we now have to serve the credit union movement.”
CO-OP said Willard’s new duties will include strategic planning, product development, marketing and market research.
