The $171 million Energy Capital Credit Union of Houston has become the latest credit union to choose electronic notification services from CUBUS Solutions of Livermore, Calif.
The 17,500-member Texas credit union will be using the company’s CUStatements, CUAlerts and CULetters solutions, CUBUS and Energy Capital CU said.
“These services enable our members to save time, take control of their personal finances and even help the environment by opting to receive electronic statements and letters. It also extends our philosophy of offering a full-service online solution that is convenient and easy for our members to use,” said Randall Dixon, the credit union’s CEO/president.
The solutions will be offered through the credit union’s online banking service. According to the Callahan & Associates Technology survey, that currently is provided by its core processor, Harland Financial Services’ UltraData.
CUBUS Solutions said it now has 97 customers for its electronic, cards cash back and loyalty products and services.
