A new online banking presence is now in place at XceedFinancial Credit Union after the El Segundo, Calif., completed whatit called its “Extreme Makeover: Online Banking Edition.”

The online banking system includes more flexible, user-friendlybasic banking functions, including bill pay, as well as financialmanagement functions such as budgeting and aggregating cashtransactions.

Cash-back rewards, live online chat, email and text alerts andbolstered security also are included in the system, provided by Intuit Financial Services. The launch was accompanied by“Extreme Makeover” themed e-mails, paper mailings and in-branchmarketing, as well as Web-based outreach, automated phone messagesand targeted phone calls from Xceed Personal Bankers, the creditunion said.
