AFTRA-SAG FCU CEO to Retire

Alfred Dutra Ending Career After 10 Years With Burbank CU

AFTRA-SAG Federal Credit Union President/CEO, Alfred Dutra, said he plans to retire Jan. 1, 2012.

“It has been a pleasure to serve the AFTRA-SAG Federal Credit Union for the past 10 years. However, lasting physical implications imposed by the Metrolink train accident of 2008 indicates that it is time to relinquish my position as president/CEO,” Dutra said.

He will be turning over the job to Roger Runyan, vice president/chief financial officer, who said the credit union will continue to operate with the same priorities it has in the past, focusing on implementing new technology and offering the best possible value to members.

AFTRA-SAG FCU, based in Burbank, Calif., serves professional performers, journalists and crew working in television, film and radio. The credit union has more than 28,000 members and nearly $200 million in assets.
