The $511 million U.S. Senate FCU in Alexandria, Va., is now using COMPASS 4 CUs LLC’s credit union compliance service.
USSFCU said it selected COMPASS 4 CUs’ new basic service package to help with the credit union’s existing compliance and marketing review programs.
“Regulatory changes have gotten so detailed and frequent we needed the bandwidth and expertise of COMPASS to keep us current, compliant and allow us to concentrate on servicing our members,” said Kimberly Mueller, the 32,000-member USSFCU’s vice president of marketing.
The Washington, D.C.-based CUSO is marking its first year in business and has grown its client list to 11 credit unions, said Gaye DeCesare, president/CEO of COMPASS 4 CUs.
COMPASS 4CUs is a wholly owned CUSO of the $274 million Belvoir FCU in Woodbridge, Va. DeCesare said the company also conducts training for state leagues and CUNA’s Center for Professional Development.
