Catholic FCU’s Watson Takes the Helm

Actiing CEO Assumes Permanent Post at Saginaw CU

Remove the “acting” as Alan Watson has officially been named president/CEO of Catholic Federal Credit Union.

Watson has been with the Saginaw, Mich.-based credit union for 10 years as senior vice president and chief financial officer and selected as acting president/CEO this January.

“I am very grateful for the support of the membership and staff during the transition. As for the future, I am excited about the good things we will do here at CFCU for the membership,” said Watson. “For my part, know you have an advocate who will work to balance positive operating results with executing our mission to the members and community. This is a responsibility I do not accept lightly, but know at the same time I am very pleased to work as your president/CEO.”

He is a graduate of the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business with a major in accounting. He is also a graduate of CUNA Management School.
