James Minge Named President/CEO of Texas Trust CU

James Minge, a senior vice president of Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, was named Friday as the new president/CEO of the $684 million Texas Trust Credit Union in Mansfield, Texas.

Most recently, Minge was senior vice president/chief project officer and before that senior vice president of operations for the $4.3 billion, 353,000-member Randolph-Brooks FCU in Live Oak, Texas.

“James is an astute executive with more than 20 years of financial services experience, and we are pleased to welcome him to our management team,” Texas Trust CU Chairman Larry Skinner said in a statement.

Minge, who is a board member of the Texas Credit Union League and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, will succeed Jim Gray, who has been the president/CEO of Texas Trust CU for 20 years.

The 50,000-member credit union has eight branches in the Dallas area.
