Allied Solutions LLC said it has bought a Bay Area insurance services provider and made its president a new regional sales vice president for the Indiana-based firm.
Kevin Anderson brings with him Alamo Financial Insurance Services Inc. of San Francisco and its more than 40 client relationships, along with significant experience with credit unions, according to Allied Solutions President Pete Hilger.
Anderson will join client development manager Jamy Adams in that office, Allied Solutions said.
"We look forward to building the business in northern California," Anderson said.
Terms were not announced. Allied Solutions said it serves more than 4,000 financial institutions.
