Vantage Credit Union's Challenge Voting

That started as a simple request has become quite the competition, and now Vantage Credit Union’s Young & Free Show Me Challenge has been turned over to the public.

The 14 finalists will wait as locals head online to YoungFreeStLouis .com to decide who will be awarded the three cash prizes. Of the 14 entries, there were four videos, three posters, three songs, two photos, a radio commercial and a T-shirt design.

Rising to the challenged issued by Vantage CU of showing what it means to be Young & Free in St. Louis were Katie Piper, Patrick Hinchcliff, Emily Hedlund, Alex Young, Hailee Becker, David Haas, Ruth Leger, Joseph Vosevich, Kyle Goltz, David Alexander, Jennifer Beckmann, Micah Brown, Shannon Dougherty and Michaela Taylor.

In addition to bragging rights, the winning entry will not only take home the top prize of $2,500 but will also be used in a Young & Free marketing campaign.

"We are so amazed at the talent of all of the applicants and applaud their creativity," said Rob Cartwright, Young & Free spokesperson.
