Dow La. Teams Up

Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union has teamed up with longtime member and two-time Super Bowl champion Randall Gay, cornerback for the New Orleans Saints, to kick off its "Go Further" campaign.

The popular NFL player will be the face of the campaign, which shines a light on the great lengths DLFCU will go to help members. It is designed to reflect the determination and commitment necessary to become a Super Bowl champion.

Gay began his football career at the age of eight, won a championship ring in Super Bowl XXIX with the Patriots, and became a two-time Super Bowl champion by the age of 28.

Encouraged by his father, an employee of Dow Chemical Company, Gay has been a longtime member, banking with the $214 million credit union through college and his football career. He said DLFCU provided him with financial guidance and peace of mind, lessons he hopes to pass on to his two young sons.

"We are extremely excited to have Blue as the face of our campaign. His story of hard work and courage in the face of many obstacles is something that many of us can relate to," said DLFCU President/CEO Jeff Hendrickson. "Randall's work ethic and commitment to excellence are a great representation of what we embody here at DLFCU."
