WEOKIE Taps Clayco

WEOKIE Credit Union has tapped the expertise of design/build firm Clayco Inc. to head the project for its new 22,000 square-foot operations center.

Located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the financial facility will house the over $730 million credit union's call center and mortgage servicing, accounting, collections and marketing departments. The facility will also feature additional conference rooms and a fitness center for staffers.

According to Clayco Business Unit Leader for Financial Facilities Paul Barrath, the new two-story building will integrate all of WEOKIE CU's operations in one location while providing additional capacity for continued growth.

Construction of the new operations center will begin in March 2010 and it is slated to be completed by November 2010.

Joining Clayco on the project will be Forum Studio's team of architects and interior designers. The project's structural engineer is Alper Audi Inc., the civil engineer is Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers Inc., and the mechanical/electrical engineer is G & W Engineering Corporation.
