GCS Branches Out in Collinsville

COLLINSVILLE, Ill.-- GCS Credit Union has officially broken ground on its seventh location in Collinsville.

President/CEO Mark Holshouser said he's excited about GCS expanding into the Collinsville community and making this project come to fruition. According to Holshouser, the credit union has a fair number of members from the Collinsville/Maryville area and has heard for quite some time that a branch in that area would be warmly received.

The new branch will be a one story, 2,600 square-foot, full-service facility featuring two drive-ups, one drive-up ATM and an open, welcoming lobby.

The credit union tapped Architect Grubbs & Associates and builder Impact Strategies, Inc. to design and build the new facility. The branch is slated to be completed by mid-summer 2008.
