The $190 million, Duncan, Okla.-based Endurance Federal Credit Union announced three promotions.

Cade Simmons was promoted to vice president of operations. Simmons started out in the financial industry in 2002 as a part-time member service representative and joined Endurance in 2023. He serves as treasurer/assistant scout master for BSA Troop 4434 and is a member of the Children's Ministry Team at the Duncan Christian Center.

Shanna Mendez was promoted to regional operations manager. Mendez joined Endurance in 2024 as manager of the Elk City, Okla., Branch. She has been in the financial industry for 20 years.

Rebecca McKay was promoted to supervisor of the Duncan, Okla., Branch. McKay joined Endurance in 2020 as a member service representative.

The $13.7 billion, Jacksonville, Fla.-based VyStar Credit Union announced two promotions and one new hire.

Joel Swanson was promoted to EVP and chief lending officer. In this expanded role, Swanson will continue leading enterprise lending and strategic initiatives, driving alignment, innovation and long‑term growth across the organization. Since joining VyStar in 2018, Swanson has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's growth strategy. While serving as chief lending officer, he launched VyStar's fintech investment fund, which has six successful exits to-date, generating more than $20 million in returns and a 56.9% ROI. He has served in multiple senior leadership roles during his tenure and delivered on several major organizational initiatives.

Madison VanStark was promoted to vice president, executive offices. In this expanded role, VanStark will drive alignment across the Senior Team, Board of Directors and key enterprise priorities, helping the organization stay focused, coordinated and moving forward together. He has eight-plus years of experience in financial services and strategic planning at VyStar, with prior roles that include vice president, business and strategic planning; assistant vice president, strategic planning; strategic planning process manager; and senior research analyst, strategic initiatives. He previously held leadership posts at Citi and IBM.

Lindsey Callinsky was hired as vice president of sponsorships. In her new role, Callinsky oversees the strategy, development and activation of VyStar's sponsorship portfolio as a core component of the organization's marketing and brand strategy throughout Florida and Georgia. She works closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to align sponsorship investments with brand positioning, enterprise marketing priorities and the member experience.

The Jacksonville, Fla.-based core banking platform provider Nymbus hired Aimee Ford as chief revenue officer. Ford brings decades of experience across credit unions, regional banks and community financial institutions. She most recently served as head of sales at a business process outsourcing firm focused on financial services and insurance, where she oversaw a portfolio of 25 to 50 clients. Ford succeeds Nate Whaley, who is retiring from the chief revenue officer role.
