The $268 million, Lewiston, Maine-based Maine Family Federal Credit Union announced four promotions.
Zac Drake was promoted from member services specialist to member services manager. In his new role, Drake will take on expanded responsibilities, including team leadership and enhancing member experience strategies.

Derek Hord was promoted from teller supervisor to branch manager. In his new role, Hord will oversee branch operations and vendor management, support teller staff development and ensure exceptional member service at the Lewiston branch.

Rachel McKinley was promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of marketing. In her new role, McKinley will continue to lead efforts to promote the Maine Family brand and strengthen ties with the community.

Kayleigh Ogden was promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of member services. In her new role, Ogden will continue to lead member services and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the member experience at every touchpoint.

The $9 billion, Harrisburg, Pa.-based PSECU hired Eduardo Santos as vice president of enterprise growth strategy and insights. In his new role, Santos will oversee strategy, marketing analytics, experience analytics, market intelligence and deposit strategy. His team will help the organization better understand members’ preferences and align growth efforts with what drives value, grounding PSECU’s strategy in data to deliver more relevant products and provide the best possible member experience. Santos brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling data teams that bring clarity to complex decisions. Most recently, he served as head of data and AI at Loop Returns. Prior to Loop Returns, Santos served as director of data and analytics at Brightwheel and Simple Finance. He also served as vice president of enterprise analytics at United Federal Credit Union ($4.1 billion, St. Joseph, Mich.). Santos holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France, specializing in digital imaging and machine learning applied to document image processing. He has secured 10 patents for innovations in document processing and content extraction.

MIDWEST
The $2.4 billion, Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Consumers Credit Union announced five promotions.
Jennifer Smith was promoted to vice president of human resources. In her new role, she will continue to lead talent management strategies and support a positive workplace culture. Smith has over 15 years of experience at Consumers, including roles in member service, marketing and HR. She holds an MBA from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Mich., and multiple HR certifications, including SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

Stephanie Stacey was promoted to Grand Rapids regional vice president. In her new role, she will oversee business development, strategic planning and team growth across the Grand Rapids market. Stacey began her career at Consumers in 2011 as a teller and has since held several roles, including office manager and regional manager. She also has a background in hospitality.

Dan Engblom was promoted to vice president of technology services. In his new role, he will lead employee technology support and strategic IT initiatives. Engblom has been with Consumers for 14 years, beginning his career as a teller before transitioning to IT, where he has spent the past 12 years in roles ranging from intern to support manager. He holds experience across both frontline service and back-end operations.

Reneé Ziska was promoted to senior mortgage sales manager. In her new role, she will lead the mortgage sales team in delivering exceptional service and expanding into new markets. Ziska joined Consumers in 2008 and has held several roles, including teller, retail manager and mortgage loan officer.

Austin Hawkins was promoted to office manager of the Lake Lansing, Mich., location. In his new role, he will oversee daily operations, business development and team performance. Hawkins has a diverse background in credit union operations, contact center leadership and business services.

The $918 million, Jackson, Mich.-based TRUE Community Credit Union announced two promotions.
Jennifer Hodges was promoted to vice president of marketing. Hodges joined TRUECCU in 2020 as director of marketing. In her new role, she will drive high-level marketing initiatives, foster innovation across all channels and deepen alignment throughout the credit union.

Maranda Kemler was promoted to vice president of risk management. Kemler has been with TRUECCU since 2013, starting as a part-time teller before moving to a full-time position in the audit and compliance department. She most recently served as director of risk management. In her new role, she will be involved in greater collaboration with executive leadership and the board of directors, contributing to long-term planning and ensuring the credit union’s risk posture aligns with its overall growth objectives.

The $5.4 billion, Eau Claire, Wis.-based Royal Credit Union promoted Jack Livingston to vice president – commercial loan officer in St. Paul, Minn. In his new role, Livingston will be responsible for developing and managing a complex portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate loans and deposits, while building new and existing member relationships. Livingston joined Royal in 2022 as a business banking officer and has over 10 years of banking experience. He holds an MBA with an accounting emphasis from the University of Southern Indiana. He currently serves as vice president in the Royal Young Professionals program.
