Foster Curtis Bryan, a retired regional director of the NCUA, passed away August 11.
After an honorable discharge from the military, he worked at the NCUA where he rose to the position of regional director, directing both East and West Coast divisions. He retired in 1992.
He served in the United States Air Force in Fuchu, Japan as a draftsman and airbrush specialist, creating maps for military use.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elinor Ann (Clingan) Bryan of Tucker, Ga., and their three children and three grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions in Bryan's name to the Fidelis Sunday School Class at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 4882 Lavista Road, Tucker, Ga., 30084.
