Deseret First Credit Union has opened the first financial institution in City Creek Center.
The credit union is also the first business to open its doors in the $1.5 billion, 20-acre, retail and residential development under construction in downtown Salt Lake City.
City Creek Center is being touted as a landmark mix-used development that will revitalize the city's center.
