MINNEAPOLIS — Fair Isaac is joining its ScoreNet network to automated collection tools offered by Online Resources Corp. in a new solution for collection agencies and debt buyers, the companies say.
Users of Fair Isaac's ScoreNet communications platform will be able to take advantage of Virginia-based Online Resources' Virtual Collection Agent and CollectPay, solutions that integrate online payment services and consumer options in a Web-based package.
The result will be a "single, intelligent entity" that will offer lowered set-up costs, fast implementation and easy exchange of account data, the companies say.
