VIENNA, Va. – Navy Federal Settlement Services, provided by NFRES, LLC, has celebrated the grand opening of its second office located in Pensacola, Fla.
NFRES was formed in 2002 to streamline the mortgage closing process and ensure that Navy Federal Credit Union's members nationwide receive the best possible closing experience.
Over 40 people including NFRES Board of Managers and executive staff from the headquarters attended the ribbon cutting ceremony, toured the new office and met the staff of 12 talented employees who will provide post-closing processes for equity loans to members.
"We look forward to providing specialization in the closing process that will generate efficiencies to provide the best service possible to our members," said Judith Manzer, vice president of Settlement Services. "Our goal is to serve our members nationwide and to provide support to our co-workers at headquarters."
NFRES recently surpassed $5.8 billion in mortgage settlements. The company currently offers purchase settlements in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, D.C., Pennsylvania and Ohio; refinances in 21 states; and equity settlements in 16 states.
