ALEXANDRIA, Va.-Arriving at the NCUA Board a month ago now, NCUA Vice Chairman Rodney Hood has received a new assignment. Hood has been named to the NeighborWorks Board of Directors, according to the group's Web site (www.nw.org). The board includes representatives from each of the federal banking agencies and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to joining NCUA, Hood served as the associate administrator of the Rural Housing Service at the US Department of Agriculture.
