ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The judge in the Utah field-of-membership lawsuit has set a date. Judge Dale A. Kimball has scheduled a hearing on the bankers' motion "to invalidate the Administrative Agency Action & Petition for Judicial Notice in the Utah FOM case for Tuesday, October 5 at 3 p.m. The hearing will be at the U.S. District Courthouse for the District of Utah (Room 220) 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
