IntegraSys to Move Out of EDS Facility

FRISCO, Texas – IntegraSys, one of Fiserv's seven DP subsidiaries, has signed a lease for 44,765 square feet of space to be its new headquarters. The building is located in the Hall Office Park in Frisco, Texas. IntegraSys will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the newly built building. With this move, IntegraSys cuts even more ties with EDS. IntegraSys was the former EDS credit union data processing division that Fiserv bought last year. IntegraSys is still located on the EDS campus in Plano, Texas. It hopes to move into the new facility, which is located just three miles from the EDS campus, by May or June. Some 250 IntegraSys employees will make the move to the new facility.
